Mitcham Family Practice is a modern, purpose built surgery, established at its new site since April 2015.

The Practice moved from its old site in Graham Road to the new premises at 55 Mortimer Road Mitcham, Surrey CR4 3HS. This successful practice has been offering primary care to the community in and around Mitcham for over 60 years.

Our reputation has been built on offering patients the highest standards of medical care.

The practice has experienced empathic and energetic Medical and Non-Medical Staff. We provide a wide range of Primary Medical Services under NHS. Our goal is to provide high quality, effective, treatment and advice in safe surroundings and to make the Patient's visit to us as comfortable and productive as possible.
